Diahu only processes the data required to generate assessment results, manage payment status, and maintain baseline security logging.

• We collect the minimum information needed for assessments, payments, and account access.
• Deletion or export requests can be sent to legal@diahu.com.
• Individual result pages are noindexed by default.
• Data categories may include account email, assessment answers and results, order and entitlement status, device and security logs, and analytics data after consent.
• We process data to deliver assessments and accounts, prevent abuse, fulfill orders, troubleshoot, and improve the product. Non-essential analytics runs only after consent.
• Service providers include Cloudflare for hosting, data, email, and security; Paddle as Merchant of Record when payments are enabled; and Google Analytics only after consent. Data may be processed across their operating regions.
• Account and assessment data is retained while the account or service requires it. Security, transaction, and legal records are kept only as necessary, then deleted or de-identified.
• The service is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that child data was collected without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
• Email legal@diahu.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion; withdraw analytics consent; or submit a privacy complaint. Depending on your location, you may also appeal or contact your regulator.
